Kathleen McDonough
Kathleen McDonough is the President and a Production Designer at KLAD, an internationally recognized, award winning design firm. She plans on changing the name of the company as soon as she wins her first EMMY.
After completing studies at various culinary schools, Kathleen graduated with highest honors from Montclair State University. Her concentration in marketing management led to a successful career in various technology industries. She has extensive experience in managing Fortune 100 accounts.
Kathleen is a Production Designer/Art Director and Project Manager at KLAD, working with clients such as USA Networks, and A&E. She has art directed the SCI-FI channel’s short film anthology series, - “EXPOSURE,” and recently wrapped shooting on a pilot for Discovery Channel - “The Forensics of Terror.”
When she’s not behind a camera, in front of a stove or on the phone, Kathleen keeps her energy level high with a dedicated yoga practice. An avid yoga practitioner and teacher, Kathleen is registered with the National Yoga Alliance and specializes in therapeutic and restorative yoga, working with clients in private practice, and as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University In service to her community, Kathleen serves on the board of the American Globe Theatre , the longest running classical theatre in mid-town Manhattan. Kathleen is a member of the Montclair Historic Preservation Commission, and has served on the boards of 12 Miles West Theatre Company The Montclair Chamber of Commerce and The Montclair Downtown Alliance.
