It sure looks warm. But not beachy. At least not Jersey Beachy (wouldn’t that be shorey?).

Although as a typical beach house it would be open to the elements rather than protecting the inhabitants from the elements. Either way, this is some good design and an exciting place to live, possibly work.

I like the plan, the materials, the open fireplace and the indoor pool. The internal garden is very soothing and a nice introduction of nature into the living space.

The line, form and perspective of the photography are exciting elements that can be applied and used in other venues like museum exhibits, scenery or corporate environments.

And actually, yes it is a beach house. Just an Arctic Beach. I like it, but i think I would like it better in the South of France. Or on the Italian Riviera.
